Your right to claim on your own
You may be able to claim surplus funds yourself, without paying anyone, by contacting the court or office holding the funds.
Services and fees
Contacting us or submitting a form does not create an agreement. Recovery services are provided only under a separate written agreement, only where permitted by state law, and on the terms and fees stated in that agreement.
